 Regarding update procedures at the expiration of e-Parcel client digital certificates

We are greatly thank you for using our e-Parcel secure data delivery service.

The e-Parcel client digital certificates downloaded before December 31, 2014 are valid to December 31, 2019.

As our customers who use the previous digital certificates above, it will expire in year 2019. Accessing the URL of site for the e-Parcel Secure Enterprise - Web Browser (e-Parcel VCN-Web) will not be available from January 1, 2020 onward.

For the extension of validity period, please be aware that you are required to replace the digital certificate (the update procedures) as soon as possible. New e-Parcel client digital certificates are prepared and can be used by downloading from this site.

Customers who are using the previous e-Parcel client digital certificates downloaded before December 31, 2014 on the e-Parcel products below.

The e-Parcel Secure Enterprise - Web Browser

* Attention: The service on web browser with the expired digital certificates will not be available from January 1, 2020 onward.

The web browser applications will come up with the error after the expiration date while accessing the URL of site for the e-Parcel Secure Enterprise - Web Browser (e-Parcel VCN-Web) at https://secure.e-parcel.ne.jp/.

 What are the update procedures? : Replace the digital certificates

①Remove the previous digital certificate from the browser applications (Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox).

②Download new digital certificate from this site, and then import it on the browser applications (Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox).
[Necessary time: about 5-10 minutes]

* We are advised that you replace the digital certificate (the update procedures) as soon as possible. In addition, if that validity period is expired from January 1, 2020 onward, the update procedures are also available.
