First, on your computer, remove the previous client digital certificate installed (imported) in OS (Microsoft Windows). Take the procedures below.

[For Microsoft Edge]

* For Microsoft Edge or other browser (Microsoft Internet Explorer · Google Chrome), select this procedure to remove the digital certificates from OS (Windows).

1. To remove a certificate using the Windows interface,
Click Windows "Start" > All > Windows Tools (System) > Control Panel > Network and Internet > "Internet Options".

The "Internet Properties (Internet Options)" dialog is opened. Select "Content" tab and click "Certificates" button under the "Certificates" category.

Click Windows "Start" > "Settings" (gear icon) > Network & internet > Advanced network settings > Related settings "Internet Options" > The "Internet Properties" dialog is opened. > "Content" tab > "Certificates" button > The "Certificates" dialog

Click […] (Settings and more) on the upper-right of Edge. Select "Settings" (gear icon) > Privacy, search, services > Security > Manage certificates. > new window "Certificate Manager" is opened. > under the "Local certificates" category, "Manage imported certificates from Windows" > The "Certificates" dialog

2. The "Certificates" dialog opens. Select the "Personal" tab and find out your client digital certificate listed.

·The "Issued To" column: Your e-Parcel ID

·The "Issued By" column: e-Parcel Global Service Authority

·The "Expiration Date" column: 12/31/2019(UTC)  ·  1/1/2020(JST)

* If your digital certificate is valid to date above, the previous digital certificate is being used. So, for the extension of validity period, you are required to replace the digital certificate (the update procedures).

* When to replace the digital certificate is required along with your e-parcel ID changed, select one of the previous e-Parcel ID regardless of the expiration date.

3. When selected carefully, click the "Remove" button. If the "Certificates" dialog shows warning, choose "Yes" to execute.

4. To close dialog, click the "Close" button on the "Certificates" dialog and the "OK" button on the "Internet Options" dialog.

Next, download and install (import) your new client digital certificate in Windows.

* When installing (importing) the digital certificate on Windows, you must sign in Windows with a user account who use the e-Parcel client software.

2. The [STEP1. Login] page: Type your e-Parcel ID and password, and then click the "Login" button.

3. The [STEP2. Select browser] Page: Select either of the browser applications.

4. The [STEP3. Check the security of …] page: When you confirm the security of this site which is being visited, click the "Next" button.

5. The [STEP4. Download and install the digital certificate] Page: Click the "Download" button, and then select the "Open" a file.

On the STEP4, to import the digital certificate, carefully read the "Instruction for installing Client Digital Certificate" in figures.

On the STEP4, when you finish the "Certificate Import Wizard", click the "Next" button on the bottom.

6. The [STEP5. Access the URL of …] page: When you succeed in accessing URL of the "e-Parcel Secure Enterprise - Web Browser", click the "Access Complete" button.

* At the beginning of accessing URL, if the "Select a Certificate" dialog shows multiple digital certificates, confirm your e-Parcel ID and validity period, select a correct digital certificate, and then click the "OK" button.

7. The [STEP6. You completed the preparations ...] Page: The e-Parcel service is ready for use. Click the "Logout" button.

You have done successfully to replace the digital certificate (the update procedures).

First, on your computer, delete the previous client digital certificate installed (imported) in the browser application (Mozilla Firefox). Take the procedures below.

[For Mozilla Firefox]

1. Launch Mozilla Firefox (Fx). On the upper-right of Toolbar, click "Open application menu" > "Settings".

Or, on Mozilla Firefox (Fx) menu bar, select "Tools" > "Settings".

The "Settings" tab is opened. Click the "Privacy & Security". In the "Security" > the "Certificates" category, click the "View Certificates" button.

2. The "Certificate Manager" dialog opens. Select the "Your Certificates" tab and find out your client digital certificate listed.

        Issued By: e-Parcel Corporation

        Certificate Name: Your e-Parcel ID

        Expires On: December 31, 2019(UTC)  ·  January 1, 2020(JST)

* If your digital certificate is valid to date above, the previous digital certificate is being used. So, for the extension of validity period, you are required to replace the digital certificate (the update procedures).

3. When selected carefully, click the "Delete" button. If the "Delete your Certificates" dialog shows warning, choose "OK" to execute.

4. To close, click the "OK" button on the "Certificate Manager" dialog.

Next, download new digital certificate from this site and import it on Mozilla Firefox.

* At the beginning of accessing URL, if the "User Identification Request" dialog shows multiple digital certificates, confirm your e-Parcel ID and validity period, select a correct digital certificate from the pull-down menu, and then click the "OK" button.

7. The [STEP6. You completed the preparations ...] Page: The e-Parcel service is ready for use. Click the "Logout" button.

You have done successfully to replace the digital certificate (the update procedures).
