First, on your computer, remove the previous client digital certificate installed (imported) in OS (Microsoft Windows). Take the procedures below.

* For Microsoft Edge or other browser (Microsoft Internet Explorer · Google Chrome), select this procedure to remove the digital certificates from OS (Windows).
1. To remove a certificate using the Windows interface, select the Windows "Start" menu > Windows System
> Control Panel > Network and Internet > "Internet Options".
The "Internet Properties (Internet Options)" dialog is opened. Select the "Content" tab and then click the "Certificates" button in the Certificates category.

Launch Microsoft Edge. On the upper-right of Toolbar, click […] (Settings and more) > Settings (gear mark) > Privacy, search, services > Security > Manage certificates

2. The "Certificates" dialog opens. Select the "Personal" tab and find out your client digital certificate listed.
The "Issued To" column: Your e-Parcel ID
The "Issued By" column: e-Parcel Global Service Authority
The "Expiration Date" column: 12/31/2019(UTC) · 1/1/2020(JST)
* If your digital certificate is valid to date above, the previous digital certificate is being used. So, for the extension of validity period, you are required to replace the digital certificate (the update procedures).
* When to replace the digital certificate is required along with your e-parcel ID changed, select one of the previous e-Parcel ID regardless of the expiration date.

3. When selected carefully, click the "Remove" button. If the "Certificates" dialog shows warning, choose "Yes" to execute.

4. To close dialog, click the "Close" button on the "Certificates" dialog and the "OK" button on the "Internet Options" dialog.
