Brief explanation of Download & Install Procedure

 Login to the certificate download site. (STEP1)

Click the "Download Client Certificate" button below to access the certificate download login page, and then enter your e-Parcel ID registered and password to login.

* To register your e-Parcel ID, you are required to apply for the e-Parcel service in advance.

 Select browser. (STEP2)

Select either Microsoft Edge / Internet Explorer(IE) or Mozilla Firefox(Fx) which you use.

* Depending on your choice, the different instruction of installing a client digital certificate will be displayed at the STEP4.

 Download and install e-Parcel client digital certificate. (STEP3-6)

Just download and install your client digital certificate provided on your PC.(It's simple operation!)

When certificate installation is complete, let's access the URL of the "e-Parcel Secure Enterprise - Web Browser" to start the e-Parcel service.

* The instruction of downloading and installing a client digital certificate will be shown by pictures in each step on the site.

In the beginning, click the button just below to download e-Parcel client digital certificate for users registered.(STEP1-6)

* Attention: Before sending and receiving data through the e-Parcel service, the e-Parcel ID for both sender and recipient are required to register. Then, to ensure the high security levels, both sender and recipient must complete to install the e-Parcel client certificate in OS or the browser application as preparations in advance. We are afraid that you can NOT send any data to the destination e-Parcel ID which have not been registered and have not been installed yet. If you send data under this situation, the delivery status will be "Unknown Recipient" in outbox.
