Question? The window of e-Parcel Secure Enterprise - Web Browser is not shown in spite of e-Parcel client digital certificate installation completed.

Answer Please try to exchange your e-Parcel client digital certificate imported on your web browser. (First, delete your client digital certificate from your web browser and then obtain your client digital certificate from this site to install again.) The following steps will guide you.

* After your e-Parcel client digital certificate is exchanged, when it still doesn't work, confirm that your proxy server information is correctly configured on your web browser. Also check your computer or network environment. You may have any access control such as block HTTPS request to our domain of the e-Parcel service (including on the settings of your proxy server or software for security measures).

1 Remove old client certificate from your web browser
  1. [For users of Windows Internet Explorer (IE)]

    1. Access your web browser, Windows Internet Explorer (IE). Visit the menu bar "Tools" > "Internet Options".

  2. 2. The "Internet Options" dialog opens. See the "Content" tab and then click the "Certificates" button.

  3. 3. The "Certificates" dialog opens. The "Personal" tab will list your client certificates. Select your old one.

    ·The "Issued To" field: Your previous e-Parcel ID

    ·The "Issued By" field: e-Parcel Global Service Authority

  4. 4. Make sure that your old client digital certificate is selected, and then click the "Remove" button to execute.

  5. [For users of Mozilla Firefox (Fx)]

    1. Access your web browser, Mozilla Firefox (Fx). Visit the menu bar "Tools" > "Options".

  6. 2. The "Options" dialog opens. See the "Advanced" tab and then click the "View Certificates" button.

  7. 3. The "Certificate Manager" dialog opens. The "Your Certificates" tab will list your client certificates. Select your old one.

    ·The "Certificate Name" field: Your previous e-Parcel ID

  8. 4. Make sure that your old client digital certificate is selected, and then click the "Delete" button to execute.

2 Install new client certificate on your web browser
  1. Next, download and install (import) your new client digital certificate on web browser.

  2. 1. Access your web browser, Windows Internet Explorer (IE) or Mozilla Firefox (Fx). Visit the URL for "the e-Parcel Secure Enterprise - Web Browser Download Site".

  3. 2. Click the menu "e-Parcel Enterprise Service Menu". See the page appeared and then click the "Download Client Certificate" button.

  4. 3. The [STEP1. Login] page: Enter your e-Parcel ID and password and then click the "Login" button.

  5. 4. The [STEP2. Select your web browser] Page: Select either one as your web browser.

  6. 5. The [STEP3. Check the security of web site …] page: Confirm the security of web site which you are accessing now and then click the "Next" button.

  7. 6. The [STEP4. Download and install a client digital certificate] Page: Click the "Download" button and then follow the web instruction.

  8. 7. Carefully read the STEP4. "Instruction for installing Client Digital Certificate" on the web site and execute to install (import) it on your web browser.

  9. 8. The [STEP5. Access the URL of e-Parcel Secure Enterprise - Web Browser] Page: Click the "e-Parcel Web Browser" red button. When the window opens successfully, click the "Access Completed" button.

  10. 9. The [STEP6. Procedure Complete] Page: Go to top page.

  11. All procedures for exchange of e-Parcel client digital certificate on your web browser are completed.
