Procedure If your certificate installation is correct according to the above check 
  1. * When your access through browser is still denied in spite of the correct certification path as the diagram above,

  2. additionally confirm the following some points that happen often.

    1. Web browser must be required to support TLS 1.0 or later. Confirm the Internet settings of your browser.

    * On the Internet Explorer, access the menu Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab >  Settings. See the settings listed for the Internet. In the "Security" category, please be sure that "Use TLS 1.0", "Use TLS 1.1" and "Use TLS 1.2" must be checked. (If "Use SSL 2.0" and "Use SSL 3.0" have been checked, delete a check each.) Takes effect after you restart your computer.

    2. Your computer or network environment may have any access control such as block HTTPS request [Port=443] to our e-Parcel service domain as of https://*.e-parcel.ne.jp and https://*.e-parcel.com (This * mark is one of multiple e-Parcel servers name.). Confirm your computer or network environment including the settings of your proxy server or any applications for security measures to change settings.

    * On the Internet Explorer, access the menu Tools > Internet Options > Security tab, then click "Trusted sites". Click the "Sites" button. The "Trusted sites" dialog opens. Enter https://*.e-parcel.ne.jp in the field "Add this Web site to the zone.", and then click the "Add" button. After you confirm that the correct URL added is listed in the field "Web sites", click the "Close" button. To close the "Internet Options" window, click the "OK" button.(You may also need to add one more web site "https://*.e-parcel.com")

    * If your computer or network environment is not clear, would you please consult your network administrator to change settings?

    3. If web browser is set a proxy server, confirm that your proxy server information is correctly configured on your browser.

    * On the Internet Explorer, access the menu Tools > Internet Options > Connections tab >  LAN settings button. The Local Area Network (LAN) Settings dialog opens. Confirm your proxy server settings.

    * If you are not sure of the correct proxy server information, obtain the correct information to ask your network administrator.

    * If web browser is set a proxy server that requires user authentication, the "Proxy Authentication Required" dialog must appear. Input your proxy user name and password to authenticate.
