Advance preparation of Service

 Note: Please be sure to read below.

* Attention: The e-Parcel service has adopted the client digital certificate for mutual recognition between the server and a client. (Authentication) Therefore, one e-Parcel ID is NOT available to use in the multiple computers. One e-Parcel ID must be set up to the e-Parcel client software in only one computer. The details are described in this Q&A page.

* Attention: To send and receive data using the e-Parcel service, both the sender and the recipient must register their e-Parcel ID and complete the installation of the client digital certificate and software on their respective computers in advance for security reasons. You can NOT send data to an "unregistered e-Parcel ID" or an "e-Parcel ID where software installation is not complete". If you try to send data to them, the status column in your outbox will show "Unknown Recipient". The details are described in this Q&A page.

 Apply for the e-Parcel service

Upon your application for the e-Parcel service, we register e-Parcel ID same as your e-mail address at the time of contract.

* At the beginning of the e-Parcel service, the e-Parcel ID for both sender and recipient must be registered.

 Read notification e-mail

When e-Parcel ID registration is complete, you will get the notification e-mail with credentials which you need to login to the e-Parcel software download site.

* Please be sure you carefully read the notification e-mail. Therefore we will inform you the significant operation procedure for starting the e-Parcel service.

 Install e-Parcel client digital certificate and software

Both sender and recipient install the e-Parcel client digital certificate and the e-Parcel client software on each computer.

* The instruction of downloading and installing your client digital certificate and th software will be shown by the notification e-mail, the users manual and the e-Parcel software download site.
