Brief explanation of Download & Install Procedure

 Login to the software download site. (STEP1)

For users of e-Parcel Secure Enterprise - Software (VCN-CommCenter 8.0, VCN-AX 5.0/4.0):
Click the "Download e-Parcel Software" button below to access the software download login page, and then enter your e-Parcel ID registered and password to login.

* To register your e-Parcel ID, you are required to apply for the e-Parcel service in advance.

 Select the e-Parcel client software name. (STEP2)

Either e-Parcel VCN-CommCenter 8.0 (Standard client software) or e-Parcel VCN-AX 5.0/4.0 (Automation client software) will be available for English.

* Carefully select a client software to download appropriately.

* Please make sure that the e-Parcel VCN-AX software requires the license count (address count) which we register for use in advance.

 Download and install e-Parcel client digital certificate and software. (STEP3-6)

Just download and install your client digital certificate and the e-Parcel client software provided on your PC.

* The instruction of downloading and installing a client digital certificate and the software will be shown by pictures in each step on the Web site.

* Attention: The e-Parcel service has adopted the client digital certificate for mutual recognition between the server and a client. (Authentication) Therefore, one e-Parcel ID is NOT available to use in the multiple computers. One e-Parcel ID must be set up to the e-Parcel client software in only one computer. The details are described in this Q&A page.

* Attention: Before sending and receiving data through the e-Parcel service, both sender and recipient must register an e-Parcel ID each with the e-Parcel service and must complete to install the e-Parcel client certificate and software in a computer each in order to ensure the high security levels in advance. Therefore, you can NOT send data to the e-Parcel ID that is not registered or has not completed installation yet. If addresses include such an e-parcel ID without satisfaction of the above conditions, the delivery status will be "Unknown Recipient" in outbox to fail in sending. For users of e-Parcel Secure Enterprise - Software (VCN-CommCenter 8.0, VCN-AX 5.0/4.0)

In the beginning, download the follwing ①② after your e-Parcel ID has been registered.

Click the button just below and then login to proceed. (STEP1-6)

  ①Your e-Parcel client digital certificate
     [File name: e-Parcel_your e-Parcel ID.p12]

  ②The e-Parcel client software (either one of VCN-CommCenter 8.0 or VCN-AX 5.0/4.0)

* On October 1st, 2019, The e-Parcel VCN-CommCenter have been upgraded from ver.7.0 to ver.8.0. For new users, install ver.8.0. For ver.7.0 users, updating from ver.7.0 to ver.8.0 is available. The data delivery on ver.8.0 is also available as usual.

* On June 1st, 2020, the e-Parcel VCN-AX 4.5 have been upgraded to ver.5.0. For ver.4.5 or 4.0 users, updating the existing e-Parcel VCN-AX to ver.5.0 is NOT available. If you wish to use ver.5.0, please newly install and configure in a computer.

* The e-Parcel software provides the "Auto Setup" function which automatically attempts to detect both a client digital certificate and your network settings from Windows. Therefore, you must install (import) a client digital certificate in Windows in advance.
This site will guide you to install (import) a client digital certificate in Windows through Microsoft Edge.

[To launch Edge] On Windows, click the taskbar icon , double-click the desktop shortcut icon, or access Windows "Start" menu > M > Microsoft Edge.

* When installing (importing) a client digital certificate in Windows, you must sign in Windows with a user account which the e-Parcel client software will get started.

* The client software installation requires the administrative privilege. If you sign in Windows with a standard user account without the administrative privilege, prepare an administrator account name (administrator ID) and password.
