Q&A

Question? How can I simply notice that VCN-CommCenter 8.0 completely received an item?

Answer When item received (when the status "Delivery Confirmed"), the e-Parcel icon flashes on and off in the system tray on the taskbar in Windows, and shows the balloon messages (notification banners) for a few seconds.

It is recommended that the system tray (notification area) always shows the e-Parcel icon on the taskbar in Windows. Please turn the toggle switch "On" in the "Taskbar settings" through the Settings app in Windows. For your information, the followings will introduce a quick operation in Windows to get it.
