How can I simply notice that VCN-CommCenter 8.0 completely received an item?

 When item received (when the status "Delivery Confirmed"), the e-Parcel icon flashes on and off in the system tray on the taskbar in Windows, and shows the balloon messages (notification banners) for a few seconds.

It is recommended that the system tray (notification area) always shows the e-Parcel icon on the taskbar in Windows.
