To enable the "e-Mail Notification" function as necessary, how do I configure the "SMTP Server" settings?

 The correct SMTP mail server configurations must be supplied in advance. It is recommended that you obtain information of your SMTP mail server from the existing email application settings. Then, enter the same values as the previous settings in the "SMTP Server Configuration" category.

* If you are not sure of the correct SMTP server information, ask your network administrator to obtain the correct information.

 How to enable the "e-Mail Notification" function when sending/receiving via the software

1. [For VCN-CommCenter 8.0]

   ①Open the VCN-CommCenter GUI, select the menu "Tools" > "Option" > Option Config "e-Mail Notification" tab.

   ②In the "SMTP Server Configuration" category, enter the same values as your SMTP mail server settings of the existing email application.

   ③Select the checkbox (set checked: on) in the "Send Notification" and the "Receipt Notification".

   ④Enter a notifier name in the "Notifier Name" fields.

   * Usually, each time new items are sent and/or received, a sender's e-Parcel ID of items will be automatically applied as a notifier e-mail address in the e-Mail Notification by default. If your SMTP server restricts domains of the notifier e-mail address, it is recommended that you assign the allowed sender's e-mail address to the notifier e-mail address in the "Notifier Name" fields additionally.    ⑤Enter the destination e-mail addresses in the "Mail To" fields.

   ⑥When entered, click "Save" button.

   ⑦When the Information "Please restart VCN-CommCenter for the changes to take effect." Dialog is shown, click "OK" button.

   ②Click the menu "Configuration" > "User Config".

   ③In the "SMTP server" configuration fields, enter the same values as your SMTP mail server settings of the existing email application.

   ④Enter a notifier name in the "HotFolder Notice Name" and the "Automation Notice Name" fields.
