Question? Is it possible to use one e-Parcel ID in two or more computers?

Answer No. An e-Parcel ID is NOT available to multiple computers. One e-Parcel ID must be setup in one computer only when you install the e-Parcel client software.

You must NOT setup a same e-Parcel ID (a same e-Parcel client certificate) on the e-Parcel client software in the multiple computers.

In case the situation of multiple installations, to use an e-Parcel ID in multiple computers will be not only license agreement issue but also the cause of any transmission problem.

The e-Parcel server usually authenticates the validity of user when the e-Parcel client software is polling automatically.

If you have installed and setup a same e-Parcel ID (a same client digital certificate) on the e-Parcel client software in multiple computers, the software with previous installation must be offline and dysfunctional. Also, it may cause "Download Aborted" if you have any items which are not starting to download yet during previous installation. These would be downloaded no longer.

We are afraid that any problems caused under this situation being multiple installations are NOT included in our e-Parcel Customer Support. Therefore you must clearly understand your installation of e-Parcel ID for appropriate use.

[Please be sure to read below in case the situation of multiple installations]

* Under the situation of multiple installations, to use the software in just one computer, uninstall the e-Parcel client software from the other computers which you use no longer.

[For VCN-CommCenter 7.0 or later]: To uninstall VCN-CommCenter, access the Windows Start menu > (All Programs) > e-Parcel > VCN-CommCenter x.x > "Uninstall VCN-CommCenter x.x".

[For VCN-AX 4.0 or later]: To uninstall VCN-AX, access the Windows Start menu > (All Programs) > e-Parcel > VCN-AX x.x > "Uninstall VCN-AX x.x".

* Under the situation of multiple installations, in case that the status is "Offline" and dysfunctional on the e-Parcel client software in a computer which you wish to use usually, auto-setup again to activate. While auto-setup, when the confirmation dialog shows "Previous installation found…", click the "OK" button to proceed. After auto-setup complete, confirm that the status is "Online" on the e-Parcel client software.

[For VCN-CommCenter 7.0 or later]: On the VCN-CommCenter GUI, the access the menu bar "Tools" > "Auto Setup".

[For VCN-AX 4.0 or later]: Right-click the e-Parcel notification area icon on the Windows taskbar to open the pop-up menu. Select the "Auto Setup".

[For VCN-AX 3.0]: Stop the VCN-AX service. Then, right-click the e-Parcel notification area icon on the Windows taskbar to open the pop-up menu. Select the "Auto Setup".

* For Windows: If the e-Parcel notification area icon will not be shown on the Windows taskbar, click the arrow next to the notification area on the taskbar. (Or, access the Windows Start menu > Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > "Customize icons on the taskbar") In the pane "Notifications Area Icons" of Windows taskbar, select the "VCN-AX Manager [e-Parcel VCN-AX]" from the list and then change this setting to the "Show icon and notifications".

* For Windows 10: If the e-Parcel notification area icon will not be shown on the Windows taskbar, right-click on the taskbar then select the "Taskbar settings" from the menus appeared. (Or, access the Windows Start menu > Windows System > Control Panel > Taskbar and Navigation) In the pane "Taskbar", locate the "Notifications Area", click on the "Select which icons appear on the taskbar". The "VCN-AX Manager [e-Parcel VCN-AX]" will be listed. Change this setting to "On"
