Question? What are required to start the e-Parcel service?

Answer The e-Parcel ID registration for both sender and recipient must be required to start the e-Parcel service. (Any data can not be sent to a non-registered ID.) And then, at high security level, it must be needed to install the e-Parcel client digital certificate and client software to individual client computer of both sender and recipient. For more details, refer to "Advance Preparation" page of this site.

  2. Question? Once only sender has been installed the e-Parcel client software, can any data be delivered through the e-Parcel service?

    Answer No, both sender and recipient must be required to install the e-Parcel client digital certificate and client software with high security to individual client computer. After installations of both sides are completed, start to send data through the e-Parcel service. (Any data can not be sent to an e-Parcel ID which has not completed installation yet.)

    Question? Is it possible to install one e-Parcel ID in two or more computers?

    Answer No. An e-Parcel ID is NOT available to multiple computers. one e-Parcel ID must be...more info.>>

    Question? How can I download the e-Parcel client software?

    Answer When your e-Parcel ID has been completed to register, you can obtain the e-Parcel client software from this web site. Visit the "Download & Install Software" page and then click the "Download e-Parcel Software" button to login.

    * After e-Parcel ID registered, install the e-Parcel client digital certificate and the e-Parcel client software.

    Answer On the VCN-CommCenter GUI, click the "Create New" button to open the Send Dialog, input e-Parcel ID as recipients, attach data, input other fields as needed, and then click the "Send" button.

    * For beginners, refer to the e-Parcel VCN-CommCenter 7.0 / 8.0 Startup Guide.

    Question? The Send button is not activated on the Send Dialog of the VCN-CommCenter 7.0/8.0. (grayed-out effect)

    Answer It must be required to input in the "To" field and attach file or folder on the Send Dialog.

    (The e-Parcel service is not available for sending message only.)

    Question? Why dose the delivery status show the "Unknown Recipient" in outbox after sending operation?

    Answer You must not send any data to the unregistered e-Parcel ID or not yet installed e-Parcel ID...more info.>>

    Question? Dose the e-Parcel client software have the parcel size limit a delivery?

    Answer The parcel size a delivery is unlimited through the e-Parcel client software. (However, if an account which your e-Parcel ID belong to has been set the parcel size limit, note that the parcel size a delivery become limited by a value assigned.)

    * In Addition, the e-Parcel provides the data delivery service via the Internet. Therefore, please be aware that the service depends on your network infrastructure. Also, it must be required enough disk space for the data storage while sending and receiving.

    Question? Can a sender track the sending items to confirm the delivery status of recipients?

    Question? Can I cancel an already transmitted data?

    Answer You can cancel the transmissions until the delivery status "Delivery Confirmed" shown in Outbox. But it is disabled when the delivery status "Item Opened" or "Item Moved" by recipients.

    * The transmission can be easily canceled by clicking the "Cancel Send" button on the Parcel Detail (Outbox Item) dialog of the e-Parcel client software.

    Answer You can not send and receive any data without the Internet connection. Firstly check that your computer must be connected to the Internet...more info.>>

    Question? How can the "e-Mail Notification" function be activated on the VCN-CommCenter 8.0/7.0 when needed?

    Answer When the "e-Mail Notification" function enabled, the correct SMTP server configurations must be supplied in advance. It is recommended that you obtain the SMTP mail server configurations from your email application settings. And then access the menu bar "Tools" > "Option" > "e-Mail Notification" on the VCN-CommCenter GUI to input.
