Question? While installing the e-Parcel client certificate, when Certificate Import Wizard shows "Completing the Certificate Import Wizard", I did click the "Finish" button but failed in certificate installation with the error message dialog shown. (For example of error message: "An error occurred during the addition of a certificate to the Trusted Root Certification Authorities store.")

Answer It happens often that the local security policy or domain security policy of your company may not allow the certificate installation on Windows or web browser.

In case of the above example error message, it seems that you are not allowed to import Root CA certificate by the local security policy or domain security policy of your company.

If Certificate Import Wizard shows any error to be failed, would you please firstly consult your company's network administrator?

* Please note that you can not access the URL of "The e-Parcel Secure Enterprise - Web Browser" without installing your client digital certificate on your browser. (The browser client of e-Parcel service is not available.)
