Question? When the Certificate Import Wizard shows "Completing the Certificate Import Wizard" upon the "Finish" button, I have failed in the installation of the e-Parcel client digital certificate with the error message.
(For example of error message: "An error occurred during the addition of a certificate to the Trusted Root Certification Authorities store.")

Answer It happens often that the local security policy or domain security policy of your company may not allow the certificate installation in Windows.

In the case of the error message above for example, it seems that you are not allowed to import Root CA certificate by the local security policy or domain security policy of your company.

If Certificate Import Wizard shows any error to be failed, would you please firstly consult your company's network administrator?

* For your convenience, please refer to this Q&A page which shows the correct settings "Certificates" in OS (Windows) or the browser application when it succeeded in installing the certificate.

* Please note that you can not access the URL of the "e-Parcel Secure Enterprise - Web Browser" without installing your client digital certificate in OS or the browser application. (We are afraid that the e-Parcel service is not available to the Web browser client.)
