Question? The "Download" link button on the notification e-mail does not work for downloading.

Answer That is reported by some users of Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE). While viewing the "e-Parcel Secure Enterprise - Web Browser" (https://secure.e-parcel.ne.jp/) through IE, upon clicking the "Download" link button on the notification e-mail, the download failure may occur with the warning message as "...blocked ...downloads a file..." or the existing window "e-Parcel Secure Enterprise - Web Browser" closed.

Under this situation, first close the existing window "e-Parcel Secure Enterprise - Web Browser" to exit IE, and then try again to click the "Download" link button on the notification e-mail for downloading.
