Question? Clicking a "Download" link button on the notification e-mail dose not works.

Answer It is reported that some users click a "Download" link button on the notification e-mail when they have been displaying a window of "e-Parcel Secure Enterprise - Web Browser" (https://secure.e-parcel.ne.jp/) by Windows Internet Explorer (IE), a download failure by IE may occur involving a warning message as "...blocked ...downloads a file..." or disappearance of a window "e-Parcel Secure Enterprise - Web Browser".

If happened, firstly close a window of "e-Parcel Secure Enterprise - Web Browser" if opened by IE, and then try again to click a "Download" link button on the notification e-mail.
