Answer Your ID may have been registered as a user ID in the existing e-Parcel server. Or your e-Parcel ID registered even in the new e-Parcel server may NOT have installed the VCN-CommCenter 6.0 at present.

Normally, the e-Parcel service for users of VCN-CommCenter 6.0 is run through the existing e-Parcel server. Therefore, users who use VCN-CommCenter 6.0 supported by the existing e-Parcel server must access the "VCN Login" page of the site URL: https://www.e-parcel.ne.jp/vcn/ as usual. Then enter your user ID and password in the lower fields "User Login - My VCN" to download the client software and digital certificate. If you succeed in user login, your user ID must be registered in the existing e-Parcel server.

On this site "e-Parcel Secure Data Delivery Service - Enterprise - Software", to login from the "Only for users of VCN-CommCenter 6.0" page, please note that it is available to users only who their user registrations have been transferred from the existing e-Parcel server to the new e-Parcel server (the necessary procedures required) and continuously use VCN-CommCenter 6.0 at present.

* If your e-Parcel ID is registered in the new e-Parcel server and you want to newly install the client software, we recommend you to install VCN-CommCenter 8.0 as new product. You can obtain it from the "Download & Install Software" page of this web site.

* We have released the Bridge Server of e-Parcel in October 2014. Therefore, even users of VCN-CommCenter 6.0, when their user registrations have been transferred to the new e-Parcel server (the necessary procedures required), they become available to communicate with users of the product supported by the new e-Parcel server (VCN-CommCenter 7.0 or later, VCN-AX 4.0 or later).
