Q&A

Question? How long does it store the unreceived data in the e-Parcel server through the e-Parcel service?

Answer For 31 days. Downloading data must be made within 31 days from the date of item sent (item created). After expired, the unreceived items will automatically be deleted from the e-Parcel server. Also, in sender's outbox, the delivery status of the expired items will be no longer updated. (For example, the delivery status stays at "Waiting Download" in outbox.)

[About advantage of the e-Parcel secure data delivery service]

Usually, while the e-Parcel client software has been started and online, it automatically begins receiving (downloading) the uploaded data without recipient's operation.

The e-Parcel secure data delivery service provides the streaming communication that doesn't put the load on the communication terminals and the servers in Intranet, and doesn't accumulate data in the route on the way. It also provides the automatic restart function (intermission delivery and auto resume function) when the internet line is intercepted and then recovered.
