Question? How can I move (save) the attached files on the VCN-CommCenter 7.0 after delivery confirmed?

Answer Recipient can move (save) the attached files/folders from Inbox of the VCN-CommCenter 7.0 GUI. Open a received item and click the button to move (save) the attached files/folders to a destination directory of your computer.

* For more details, download the e-Parcel VCN-CommCenter 7.0 Users manual and then refer to the section "Outbox - Receiving Parcel Detail".

* The received items which the status is "Delivery Confirmed" or "Item Opened" in Inbox (Items which are completed decrypting and extracting after download complete.) are enabled to move the attached files/folders.

Attention: You can operate to move the attached files/folders only one time. Once the attachments have been moved, the "Move File" button of an item will be disabled.

Procedure How to move (save) the attached files/folders from Inbox 
  1. When recipient wish to move (save) the attached files/folders of an item from inbox,

    * If the VCN-CommCenter 7.0 is not running, double-click the shortcut icon "e-Parcel 7.0" on the desktop to run. The VCN-CommCenter GUI will open.

  2. 1. On the VCN-CommCenter GUI, view your Inbox.

    Select an item which the status is "Delivery Confirmed" or "Item Opened" in Inbox, and then double-click it.

  3. 2. The inbox "Parcel Detail" dialog opens. Click the "Move File" button activated.

    * When you open the inbox "Parcel Detail" dialog which the status is "Delivery Confirmed" or "Item Opened" in Inbox, the colored icons of the attached files/folders are shown on it. The "Move File" operation is enabled.

  4. 3. The dialog opens to browse for folder. It's prompting you to select a destination directory to move (save) the attached files/folders. When a folder is selected, click the button to start moving (saving).

    * Wait for a while. Depending on the size of the attached files/folders and your computer spec, it may take several minutes to move to your assigned directory.

  5. 4. When move complete, the attached files/folders icons will be turned gray in color. Also the "Move File" button of this item will be disabled (grayed-out effect).

    * The "Move File" operation of an item is enabled just one time.

  6. * When recipient wish to move (save) the attached files/folders of multiple items, To select multiple items from Inbox of the VCN-CommCenter GUI, hold down Shift or Ctrl key while selecting an item using the mouse button. Then right-click the selected items to open the pop-up menu and select the "Move Attached Files".

On the VCN-CommCenter GUI, select and double-click an inbox item to open the "Parcel Detail" dialog. Click the "Move File" button.
