Q&A

Question? How do I move (save) the attached files on the VCN-CommCenter 8.0 after delivery confirmed?

Answer Recipients can move (save) the attached files/folders from Inbox on the VCN-CommCenter GUI. The attached files/folders will be moved (saved) to a destination directory where you select with quick operation using the "Move File" button.

* Refer to the section "Outbox - Receiving Parcel Detail" in the e-Parcel VCN-CommCenter 8.0 Users manual.

* The "Move File" button will be enabled only when the inbox items show the status "Delivery Confirmed" or "Item Opened" (decrypted and extracted after download complete).
