Procedure When your certificate has been installed correctly according to the check above 
  1. * If you are still rejected to access the URL through the browser application in spite of the correct certification path as per the above illustration, additionally confirm the following points that happen often.

  2. For your information [To open the "Internet Properties (Internet Options)" in Windows]
    Windows "Start" menu > Windows System > Control Panel > Network and Internet > "Internet Options".

    1. To access the e-Parcel server through the browser application, the browser application must be compatible with TLS 1.0 or later. Confirm the Internet settings of your browser appreciation or computer.

    * In Windows, on the "Internet Properties (Internet Options)" > Advanced tab > Settings pane. Check the settings listed for the Internet. In the "Security" category, please be sure that "Use TLS 1.0", "Use TLS 1.1" and "Use TLS 1.2" must set checked. (If "Use SSL 2.0" and "Use SSL 3.0" have been already checked, set unchecked.) And then, restart your computer to take effect.

    2. Your browser appreciation, computer and your network environment with proxy server, firewall, any applications for security measures or etc. may have any access control such as block or analysis of SSL connections to the e-Parcel service domains. Check your computer or network environment. You may need the network setting changes to allow (exclude from target) HTTPS protocol communications [Port=443] to the e-Parcel service domains below.

    * For your browser appreciation and computer:
    In Windows, on the "Internet Properties (Internet Options)" > Security tab, then select the zone "Trusted sites". Click the "Sites" button. The "Trusted sites" dialog opens. Input [https://*.e-parcel.com] in the "Add this Web site to the zone." field, and then click the "Add" button. You also need to add one more site [https://*.e-parcel.ne.jp]. When you confirm that the correct URL have been listed additionally in the "Web sites" field, click the "Close" button. To close the "Internet Options" dialog, click the "OK" button.

    * For your network environment with proxy server, firewall, any applications for security measures or etc.:
    Please ask your network administrator to allow (exclude from target) HTTPS protocol communications [Port=443] to the e-Parcel service domains as of [https://*.e-parcel.ne.jp] and [https://*.e-parcel.com] (The wildcard domain: The asterisk mark [*] would be replaced with a name of multiple servers via the e-Parcel service.).

    * If you are not clear about that, would you please consult your network administrator to modify the network settings?

    3. When your browser or computer is configured a proxy server, confirm that your proxy server information is correctly input.

    * In Windows, on the "Internet Properties (Internet Options)" > Connections tab > LAN settings button. The Local Area Network (LAN) Settings dialog opens. Confirm your proxy server settings.

    Launch Microsoft Edge. On the upper-right of Toolbar, click […] (Settings and more) > Settings (gear mark) > System and performance > System > Open your computer's proxy settings

    * If your network is configured a proxy server that requires user authentication, prepare user name and password for the proxy server authentication.

    * Additionally, if using the proxy server with NTLM or Integrated Windows Authentication, leave blank the proxy user name and password when proxy authentication is required. (Therefore, when it is not given any proxy credentials, Windows Single Sign On function will work to automatically apply Windows user account name and password for authentication. However, if proxy authentication is required again depending on your network environment despite in blank, or if the error message "Proxy Authentication Failed / Proxy Authentication Rejected" may appear, your "Windows user account name@domain" as a user name and password are required to input.)

    * If you are not sure of the correct proxy server information, ask your network administrator to obtain the correct information.

    4. If you are reading this webpage while installation procedures STEP 5 of this site:

    It seems that your certificate installation has been completed correctly. For the present, try the next STEP 6 to proceed.

    * However, on the STEP 6, if your browser or computer has been configured a proxy server, it is required to input the correct proxy server information. The wrong proxy server settings cause the client software to be offline after auto-setup. Because the "Auto Setup" function of e-Parcel client software will automatically detect your certificate and network settings from Windows. If you are not sure of the proxy server information, obtain the correct information to ask your network administrator.

    * If your network is configured a proxy server that requires user authentication, the "Proxy Authentication Required" dialog will appear. Input user name and password and then click the "OK" button to authenticate. If you forget user name and password for the proxy server authentication, contact your company's network administrator to obtain the correct information.

    * Additionally, if using the proxy server with NTLM or Integrated Windows Authentication,
