Q. When I change a computer for using the e-Parcel service, what should I do?

A. When you wish to change to another computer in which the e-Parcel service runs, please confirm the existing e-Parcel product name (current version) and then refer to the download sites for each product or the manuals listed below for more details.

  ①Software supported by the new server (CC8.0, AX4.0 or later, *CC6.0 migrated):

① e-Parcel Secure Enterprise - Software

When computer change, install the e-Parcel client digital certificate and the latest version of e-Parcel client software in a new computer. And then, uninstall the existing software from a previous computer. Click the button below to refer to the descriptions on the download site for more details.

* Attention: One e-Parcel ID is NOT available to use in multiple computers. One e-Parcel ID must be setup in only one computer. Please be aware that you must uninstall the existing e-Parcel client software from a previous computer.

For Windows 10 or later: Windows "Start" menu > e-Parcel > Uninstall VCN-xxxxx
For Windows 8 or earlier: Windows "Start" menu > All Programs > e-Parcel >
[program name] > Uninstall VCN-xxxxx

② e-Parcel Secure Enterprise - Web Browser

When computer change, to access the URL "e-Parcel Secure Enterprise - Web Browser" on a new computer, you are required to install the e-Parcel client digital certificate in OS or the browser application. On a new computer, click the button below to visit the download site. Then, download and install the e-Parcel client digital certificate.

When computer change, download and install the e-Parcel client digital certificate and the e-Parcel VCN-CommCenter 6.0 in a new computer.
