Notice of the e-Parcel facilities renewal completed

Dear Customers

We are greatly thank you for using our e-Parcel secure data delivery service.

As we have mentioned before about the e-Parcel facilities renewal, please be informed that the e-Parcel facilities in our data center have been renewed successfully for the following date.

We appreciate for your great understanding and cooperation with us. We will continue to improve in the security and the quality of service being provided.

      Date & Time: Sunday, May 3, 2026 1:00-10:00 am UTC

◆ The e-Parcel service was suspended for 10 minutes several times during this construction.

The data delivery is paused during the service suspension, but resumes sequentially once the service restarts. Therefore, the data deliver might be delayed temporarily.

◆ On this construction, IP addresses of the e-Parcel servers have been changed as follows.

      [The previous IP addresses] 203.141.52.128/25 (Country of registration: JAPAN)

      [The new IP addresses] 124.147.24.128/25 (Country of registration: JAPAN)

This change of IP addresses doesn't affect our customers who normally resolve domain name using the DNS (Domain Name System) on the internet.

However, if you have IP address restrictions in your firewall etc., it is necessary to configure to allow the new IP addresses from the above date onward.

To quickly confirm whether you have IP address restrictions, try to access our company website currently viewing from your computer installed the e-Parcel client software.

*The e-Parcel Corporation website has been assigned the new IP addresses.
