First, on your computer, remove the previous client digital certificate installed (imported) in OS (Microsoft Windows) or browser application (Mozilla Firefox). Take either of the procedures below.

[For Microsoft Edge]
* For Microsoft Edge or other browser (Microsoft Internet Explorer · Google Chrome), select this procedure to remove the digital certificates from OS (Windows).
1. To remove a certificate using the Windows interface, select the Windows "Start" menu > Windows System >
Control Panel > Network and Internet > "Internet Options".
The "Internet Properties (Internet Options)" dialog opens. Select the "Content" tab and then click the "Certificates" button in the Certificates category.

Launch Microsoft Edge. On the upper-right of Toolbar, click […] (Settings and more) > Settings (gear mark) > Privacy, search, services > Security > Manage certificates

2. The "Certificates" dialog is opened. Select the "Personal" tab and find out the previous certificate listed.
·The "Issued To" column: Your previous e-Parcel ID
·The "Issued By" column: e-Parcel Global Service Authority

3. When selected carefully, click the "Remove" button. If the "Certificates" dialog shows warning, choose "Yes" to execute.

4. To close the Windows interface, click the "Close" button on the "Certificates" dialog and click the "OK" button on the "Internet Properties (Internet Options)" dialog.

[For Mozilla Firefox (Fx)]
1. Launch Mozilla Firefox (Fx). On the upper-right of Toolbar, click "Open application menu" > "Settings".
Or, on Mozilla Firefox (Fx) menu bar, select "Tools" > "Settings".
The "Settings" tab is opened. Click the "Privacy & Security". In the "Security" > "Certificates" category, click the "View Certificates" button.

2. The "Certificate Manager" dialog opens. Select the "Your Certificates" tab and find out the previous certificate listed.
·The "Issued By": e-Parcel Corporation
·The "Certificate Name" column: Your previous e-Parcel ID

3. When selected carefully, click the "Delete" button. If the "Delete your Certificates" dialog shows warning, choose "OK" to execute.

4. To close the window, click the "OK" button on the "Certificate Manager" dialog and click the "x" mark on the "Settings" tab.
