On the "Only for users of VCN-CommCenter 6.0" webpage of this site, in the login screen opened by the "Download VCN-CommCenter 6.0" button, in spite of the correct e-Parcel ID and password provided, it was unable to login with the error display "The value you entered is not correct...". I can't get past the login screen.
Your e-Parcel ID registered with the new e-Parcel server may NOT currently be used in VCN-CommCenter 6.0. In that case, to obtain the latest version of VCN-CommCenter 8.0, select the "Download & Install Software" webpage ( ) of this site, click the "Download e-Parcel Software" button, and then login.
* When you will install the client software using your e-Parcel ID registered with the new e-Parcel server, it is recommended to download the latest version of VCN-CommCenter 8.0 for better use.
To login from the "Only for users of VCN-CommCenter 6.0" page ( ) of this site, please note that it is available to users only who their e-Parcel ID registrations have been migrated completely from the existing e-Parcel server to the new e-Parcel server (upon your application for the migration) and then continuously use VCN-CommCenter 6.0 through the new e-Parcel server for the present.
However, if login was failed on the both and pages, your ID may have been registered as a user ID with the existing e-Parcel server. In that case, access the "VCN Login" page ( ) of another site for the existing e-Parcel server as before.
Normally, the e-Parcel service for VCN-CommCenter 6.0 runs through the existing e-Parcel server. Therefore, users who use VCN-CommCenter 6.0 supported by the existing e-Parcel server must access the "VCN Login" page of the site URL: https://www.e-parcel.ne.jp/vcn/ as usual. Then, enter your user ID and password in the lower fields "User Login - My VCN" to download the VCN-CommCenter 6.0 and your client digital certificate. When you succeed in user login, you make it clear that your user ID has been registered with the existing e-Parcel server.
* We have released the e-Parcel Bridge Server in October 2014. Therefore, despite using the e-Parcel VCN-CommCenter 6.0, once their e-Parcel ID registrations have been migrated to the new e-Parcel server (upon your application for the migration), VCN-CommCenter 6.0 will be validated to communicate with the client software (VCN-CommCenter 7.0 or later, VCN-AX 4.0 or later) supported by the new e-Parcel server.
