    * Note that you need to specify your e-Parcel ID when e-mailing.

    * We are afraid that the inquiries outside of our business hours will be replied on the next business day despite 24-hour reception for the inquiry e-mail. Our business hours (Mon - Fri 9:00 - 17:00JST)

    * We will register new e-Parcel ID within 5 days the most upon your request. Normally our customer support email the notification when the e-Parcel ID registration is completed.
