The window size and column width of Inbox, Outbox, Address Book and etc. have not been displayed properly on the VCN-CommCenter 8.0 GUI.

 Please enable the option configuration to reset the window size when restart VCN-CommCenter 8.0. The followings will guide you.

[How to reset the window size when restart VCN-CommCenter 8.0]

①On the VCN-CommCenter GUI, select from the menu "Tools" > "Option" > "General" tab on the "Option Config".

②Check the box "Reset window size and position when restart application" (set checked [on]).
Then, click "Save" button.
(Default: set unchecked [off])

③When Information screen "Please restart VCN-CommCenter for the changes to take effect." shows up, click "OK" button. Click "Close" button on the "Option Config".

④To exit (shutdown) the client software, select from the menu "File" > "Exit" on the VCN-CommCenter GUI.

⑤To restart the client software, double-click the shortcut icon "e-Parcel 8.0" on the desktop.
The VCN-CommCenter GUI will be opened.

Confirm to reset normally the window size and column width of Inbox, Outbox, Address Book and etc. on the VCN-CommCenter 8.0 GUI.
