How do I download the transmitted data on the e-Parcel client software?

 Without any operation for downloading, recipients can automatically begin downloading the transmitted data when the e-Parcel client software has been started and online.

The e-Parcel client software has automatically been polling to the e-Parcel server at regular intervals for checking the transmitted data to your e-Parcel ID. (Initial value: 5 minutes auto polling intervals)

Or the "Reload" button of the VCN-CommCenter GUI is also provided for real time checking the transmitted data.

(For VCN-AX 4.0 or later: On the VCN-AX management console, the "Reload" button of Inbox and Outbox are also provided for real time checking the transmitted data.)

When the e-Parcel client software detects the transmitted data to your e-Parcel ID (the uploaded or uploading items) by polling to the e-Parcel server, it will automatically begin downloading the items. Once the delivery status is updated to the "Delivery Confirmed" in Inbox, the transmissions have been successfully completed.

From the delivery status "Delivery Confirmed" onward, you can open and move (save) the attachments of inbox items on the VCN-CommCenter GUI.

(For VCN-AX 4.0 or later: When the receive automation function configured, it will automatically move the attachments of inbox items to a destination folder assigned just after being "Delivery Confirmed".)

* The e-Parcel secure data delivery service provides the streaming communication that doesn't put the load on the communication terminals and the servers via Intranet, and doesn't accumulate data in the route on the way.

When recipients wish to check the inbox items, view the inbox items listed up on the e-Parcel client software.

* [For VCN-CommCenter 8.0] If VCN-CommCenter is not started yet, double-click the shortcut icon "e-Parcel x.x" on the desktop. The VCN-CommCenter GUI is opened.

* [For VCN-AX 4.0 or later] If VCN-AX Management Console is not opened yet, double-click the shortcut icon "VCN-AX x.x" on the desktop. (Or, on Windows taskbar, in the notification area, right-click the icon "e-Parcel VCN-AX x.x", then select "Open" from pop-up menu.) New window "VCN-AX Management Console" is opened by the default browser application.

Attention: To open VCN-AX Management Console needs for Windows to start the service "e-Parcel VCN-AX x.x".

2. The followings briefly explain the each delivery status in inbox for recipients.

   [For VCN-CommCenter 8.0] : On the inbox "Parcel Detail" dialog, the "Value" field shows the delivery status information.

   [For users of VCN-AX 4.0 or later] : On the "Inbox Item" window, the "Status" etc. fields show the delivery status information.

   [ The "Upload Status" shown on the inbox "Parcel Detail" dialog (Inbox Item) ]

   * The Upload Status field will be progressively replaced with the latest delivery status of sender side.

    [Upload Start]: Sender's software starts to upload an item.

    [Uploading xx%]: Sender's software is uploading an item.

    [Upload Complete]: Sender's software completes uploading an item.

    *[Upload Interrupted]: It may be shown when download aborted by recipient while sender's software is uploading an item. etc.

   ※VCN-AX 4.0 or later, VCN-CommCenter 7.0.7019 or earlier

   [ The "Status" shown on the inbox "Parcel Detail" dialog (Inbox Item) ]

   * The Status field will be replaced with the latest delivery status progressively including recipient side.

    [Waiting Download (Ready To Download)]: Recipient's software is notified a new item and then ready to download.

    [Download Start] - [Downloading]: Recipient's software starts to download an item. → Recipient's software is downloading.

    [Download Complete] - [Decrypting] · [Extracting] - [Delivery Verifying (Confirming Delivery)]: Recipient's software just finishes downloading an item. → Recipient's software is verifying delivery.

    [Delivery Confirmed]: Recipient's software confirmed to download an item after integrity verified. (Downloading processes done)

    [Item Opened]: Recipient opened an item of inbox. (To open an inbox "Parcel Detail" dialog)

    [Item Moved]: Recipient has completed to move the attached files/folders.

4. [ The inbox "Parcel Detail" dialog (Inbox Item) ]

    Created: Date & time registered when sender's software starts the uploading processes for a new item

    Accepted: Timestamp when recipient's software is notified to download an item (Waiting Download) → Then, it will be ready to download.

    Confirmed: Timestamp when recipient's software confirmed to download an item after integrity verified (Delivery Confirmed)
