* For Microsoft Edge or other browser (Microsoft Internet Explorer · Google Chrome), select this procedure to check the digital certificates installed in OS (Windows).
1. To check a certificate using the Windows interface,
Click Windows "Start" > All > Windows Tools (System) > Control Panel > Network and Internet > "Internet Options".
The "Internet Properties (Internet Options)" dialog is opened. Select "Content" tab and click "Certificates" button under the "Certificates" category.

Select "Settings" (gear icon) > Privacy, search, services > Security > Manage certificates. > new window "Certificate Manager" is opened. > under the "Local certificates" category, "Manage imported certificates from Windows" > The "Certificates" dialog
2. The "Certificates" dialog is opened. Select the "Personal" tab, find out your client digital certificate listed, and then check the "Expiration Date" column.
·The "Issued To" column: Your e-Parcel ID
·The "Issued By" column: e-Parcel Global Service Authority
Attention: If your digital certificate is valid to date below, the previous digital certificate is being used.
Expiration Date of the previous digital certificates: Valid to 12/31/2019(UTC) · Valid to 1/1/2020(JST)
As our customers who use the previous digital certificates above, it will expire in year 2019. Accessing the URL of the "e-Parcel Secure Enterprise - Web Browser (e-Parcel VCN-Web)" will not be available from January 1, 2020 onward. For the extension of validity period, please be aware that you are required to take the update procedures. Download new digital certificate from this site, and then import it.
