Is sender only required to install the e-Parcel client software when sending data?
No. Before sending data through the e-Parcel service, to ensure the high security levels, both sender and recipient must complete to install the e-Parcel client certificate and software in each computer for the advance preparation. (We are afraid that you cannot send any data to the destination e-Parcel ID which has not been installed yet.)
Can I set up one e-Parcel ID to the e-Parcel client software in two or more computers?

How do I send data on VCN-CommCenter 8.0?
On VCN-CommCenter GUI, click the "Create New" button to open the Send Dialog, input e-Parcel ID as recipients, attach data ("Select File", "Select Folder" button) and etc. Then, click the "Send" button.
* For beginners, refer to the e-Parcel VCN-CommCenter 8.0 Startup Guide.
The Send button on the Send Dialog is not activated in VCN-CommCenter 8.0. (grayed-out effect)
It is required to enter both the "To" field and the attached file/folder on the Send Dialog.
(The e-Parcel service is not available for sending message only.)
The delivery status "Unknown Recipient" has been displayed in the "Status" column of outbox immediately after sending operation.
You can NOT send data to the e-Parcel ID that is not registered or has not completed...more info.>>
The delivery status is not updated from "Initializing" displayed in the "Status" column of outbox after sending operation.
In this case, the software has not started the sending processes for a new item yet. Please confirm the following points that happen often. Your computer and network environment including proxy server may have any access control such as block or analysis of SSL connections to the e-Parcel service domains. Is there any data volume limit a delivery using the e-Parcel client software?
The data volume a delivery is normally unlimited using the e-Parcel client software. (However, if we set the data volume limit a delivery on e-Parcel ID or account which e-Parcel ID belongs to, it may become limited by a value assigned to the Parcel Size Limit.)
* In Addition, the e-Parcel provides the data delivery service via the Internet. Therefore, please be aware that the service depends on your network infrastructure. Also, it is required enough disk space for the data storage while sending and receiving.
Can I track the items sent to check the delivery status?

Can I cancel an already transmitted data?
You can cancel the transmissions until the delivery status "Delivery Confirmed" shown in Outbox. But it is disabled when the delivery status "Item Opened" or "Item Moved" by recipients.
* The transmission can be easily canceled by clicking the "Cancel Send" button on the Parcel Detail (Outbox Item) dialog of the e-Parcel client software.
