 Service Overview

e-Parcel Secure Data Delivery Service - Enterprise - Web Browser (e-Parcel VCN-Web Enterprise) is digital data delivery service which enable a large volume file on your computer to be delivered to your business partners computer. Your business partners who receive an e-mail notification can receive files with just simple operation.

 Large-volume data delivery

Large volume data which is undeliverable by e-mail can be delivered. (Total size limit: 1GB - 5 files/ a delivery)

 Provide the easy, safer, secure delivery on a window of Web browser

There is no need to install any client software! Operation on the Web browser is just as easy as e-mailing files.

 High security level

Only installing a client digital certificate can establish a secure system environment. To use this service, it is required to install a client digital certificate based on X.509. Therefore, both sender and recipient need to apply for this service.

 Convenient tracking function for a data delivery

It enables you to track a data delivery easily by only clicking a "Delivery Tracking" link button on the e-mail notification sent (cc) after uploading.

 Easy downloading by clicking a link button on the e-mail notification

It enables you to download files easily by only clicking a "Download" link button on the e-mail notification sent after uploading.

 Easy sign up. Just register e-mail address of both sender and recipient

Both sender and recipient are required to register for data delivery through this service.

* Please be advised that your e-mail address for registration should be the valid address of the domain by ISP (the Internet provider) or your company which manages own corporate domain. Free e-mail address may be restricted to register as e-Parcel ID according to circumstances.

 Other description of Service

 We would like advise you to carefully read the terms stipulated below.

 · Downloading data must be made within 31 days from the date of item sent (item created). We are afraid that the unreceived data will automatically be removed from the e-Parcel server after expired.

 · After the lapse of 5 minutes from the end of downloading operation, you cannot download the files anymore.

 · To see other description of the service, please carefully read the stipulated terms of service.

 Note: Please be sure to read below.

* Attention: Before sending and receiving data through the e-Parcel service, the e-Parcel ID for both sender and recipient are required to register. Then, to ensure the high security levels, both sender and recipient must complete to install the e-Parcel client certificate in OS or the browser application as preparations in advance. We are afraid that you can NOT send any data to the destination e-Parcel ID which have not been registered and have not been installed yet. If you send data under this situation, the delivery status will be "Unknown Recipient" in outbox.

 Sending

Sender accesses the URL of the "e-Parcel Secure Enterprise - Web Browser (e-Parcel VCN-Web Enterprise)", and then uploads files on "Create New" window.

The notification e-mail (cc) with a "Track Delivery" link button will automatically be sent to sender after uploading files.

 Notifying

The notification e-mail with a "Download" link button will automatically be sent to recipients.

 Receiving

Recipients download files by clicking a "Download" link button on the notification e-mail sent after uploading files.

* The availability period for downloading files is for 31 days.

 Tracking

Sender can be tracking data delivery anytime on "Outbox" window of Web browser by clicking a "Track Delivery" link button on the notification e-mail (cc).
