The expired products of support

We are afraid that our technical support on HotFolder EX (for Windows) has expired on January 1st, 2012.Therefore the most recent version of this e-Parcel product has been released for five years.

We are greatly appreciating for your understanding.

About validity of products support

Please carefully note that since January 1st, 2007, we have not provided our technical support for the e-Parcel products after its support validity date has expired.

The following attentions explain the expired e-Parcel products of support.

Handling for the expired products of support

After validity of products support has expired, these products will be handled as the following.

Our customers can keep using the expired products of support.

However we may firstly ask you to upgrade or replace the latest products before
  examining the cause of any problem happened through the expired products of
  support.

When the e-Parcel Corporation develops new products and plan to add new function,
  we never examine to be compatible with the expired products of support. Therefore
  it may affect all or some part of function for the expired products of support, such
  as being dysfunctional.


We greatly advice our customers to upgrade the latest e-Parcel products
(e-Parcel Client Software). Thank you.

Scope of Support We offer the customer support services that respond to the technical inquiries, troubleshooting and all sorts of requests about e-Parcel service. Our support in English is available by E-mail.
Business Hours 9:00 - 17:00 JST Mon. - Fri.
(closed on Sat. Sun. and national holidays)

Please note that inquiries received after 17:00 JST will be responded on the next business day, even though we offer such customer support as 24 hours reception. Also please understand that our response may take a few more hours depending on the circumstances of other inquiries received. Thank you.
